New sign orders and cancelation policy
New Tritium Signs: Signs are built to order and will ship via UPS ground within 5-7 days after purchase.
Photoluminescent Signs: If in stock, orders will ship the following business day.
Cancelation before shipment: If the order has not shipped, we will do our best to cancel the purchase, however we can make no guarantees for cancelation requests. Refunds will be issued to the form of payment used within 7-10 business days of cancelation.
Cancelation after shipment: If the order has shipped, the customer is responsible for paying for/returning the shipment. See the Return Policy(link) for instructions. Refunds will not be made until the product(s) have been returned, in resalable condition. It is the customer’s responsibility to insure the shipment as applicable. Refunds will be issued to the form of payment used within 7-10 business days after return of the product(s). A restock fee of up to 30% may apply.
Shipment errors, shortages, or damage
Customers must carefully inspect all products upon delivery. The customer is required to promptly notify us of any errors, shortages, or damage of product within 7 days of delivery. The customer will be financially responsible for merchandise shipped to them in error if the merchandise is not returned within 30 days of notification of error.
